The way we work

  1. The standard services of Event Park Amsterdam are free of charge to you as a PCO or meeting planner. Together with our partners, we can offer you the best purchase conditions at very reasonable prices for your specific bookings and/or project.
  2. If you appreciate that the employees of the Convention Bureau will assist you or assist you in the planning and organization of your event or meeting after their advice and the guidance of the quotation process, they will send you a customized quote.
  3. On our website you select which of our suppliers (one or a combination of multiple) you are interested in. You can browse our offering using the filters in our partner overview. While browsing, you can save preferences using the bookmark button.
  4. You can then choose to:
    • Place one or more information requests directly with these partners
    • Or have (some of) this done for you by the experts at our Convention Bureau
  5. Depending on your choice, you will receive information and/or a quotation from us, or other actions will be set in motion either by the partner(s) involved or by the Convention Bureau. In the latter case, the account manager from the bureau will continue to be your point of contact until the final booking is made. From that point onwards, the contact is handed over to the selected partner(s).
  6. The Convention Bureau will always remain available for further questions, and will be happy to advise and support you with the planning and organisation of the other aspects of your conference, meeting or event if requested.
  7. The Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam maintains close contact with the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region and other socio-economic entities in de region. We are happy to talk to our contacts within these instutitions about any points that will help your project or event succeed.
