Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

The various event spaces each have their own atmosphere and character and are therefore suitable for the most diverse events for both business and private parties. A trained and professional team of permanent event managers from Claus Events is ready to take care of everything so that you can focus on other important matters such as determining the content of your message, giving your guests the attention they deserve and realising the maximum effect of the meeting.

Claus Events

What began in 1858 as the Mentzhoeve farm is now an innovative and inspiring event location. The renovated meeting rooms at Claus Events are characterised by their own unique character and appearance, giving every occasion a special touch. The Patio is a spacious and multifunctional room with modern technology for events of up to 450 people. It is the perfect room for company parties, conferences, plenary sessions and dinners. The Farmhouse is a characteristic space for events of up to 120 people and also provides access to a large terrace with a South African braai. De IJzeren Frits has the look and feel of a rugged club with relaxed seating areas and space for a presentation, gathering or meeting of up to 35 people.

In addition to meeting facilities, Claus Events also offers many possibilities for energisers or break-outs in the Brazilian restaurant BARRACA Rodizio Grill & Bar, three escape rooms, a casino and 20 modern bowling alleys in characteristic American 50s style.

Accessibility

Claus Events is only 15 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and is easily accessible by car and public transport for (international) business guests. Bus line 300/N30 stops opposite the hotel and offers a direct connection between Schiphol Amsterdam Airport and Haarlem 24/7. The location has its own car park with 1000 free parking spaces. In addition, a shuttle bus runs between the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport hotel and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
