Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

EXPO Greater Amsterdam - 10 minutes from Schiphol Airport by car or via the free bus lane - offers an unexpected tranquility in the heart of the Randstad. The unique glass roof construction, flexibly deployable halls, the location in the nature reserve 'De Groene Weelde' and the enormous outdoor area make the location highly distinctive. The conference and exhibition location has a modern conference center, with an auditorium for up to 350 people and four meeting rooms for up to 75 people.

Indoor & Outdoor

With 24,000 m² of indoor and 21,000 m² of outdoor space, the venue is suitable for all types of exhibitions and events. The front part of the venue is ideally suited for conferences of up to 350 people and expandable for larger events of up to 15,000 people. It also has access to 3,200 parking spaces and is easily accessible via the A4, A5 and A9 motorways as well as via public transport with a direct connection between Schiphol and Haarlem with a bus stop right in front of the main entrance.

Unique appearance

Surprising - that word often comes up at EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Due to its unique location and the striking architecture of the former greenhouses, the building blends perfectly with the lush greenery of the surrounding nature area. The green character also has another noteworthy aspect: the roof of EXPO Greater Amsterdam features no less than 26,000 m² of solar panels.
