Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The variety of rooms offers a range of possibilities for a meeting, congress or company party. The halls and foyers can be rented separately, but it is also possible to rent the entire location exclusively.

Main hall de Meerse
An atmospheric room with 520 seats in the main hall and on the balcony, offers extensive possibilities. The hall, together with the foyers, is ideal for presentations, seminars and conferences.

Small hall de Meerse
This is our most versatile room and has 280 seats in the stands. It can be used for seminars, conferences and presentations. When the stands are retracted, dinners, workshops and parties are also possible.

Main hall Duycker
A hall with a large stage and a fixed bar can be used broadly and lends itself particularly well to parties and dinners. At a party / concert setup, there are 750 people in the large roo.

Small hall Duycker
This room also features a stage and bar, has an intimate atmosphere for up to 250 people. An excellent place for small-scale parties, performances, workshops or seminars.

Duyckercafé
The perfect place for a cozy drink, pub quiz or reception. The café has a stage and facilities for small-scale concerts.
