Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Meetings & Events

All meeting and event rooms are located on the 1st floor of the hotel and feature plenty of daylight and state of the art AV. Across the meeting floor meeting guests can enjoy delicious Lavazza coffee from one of the four tastefully designed foyers. The hotel’s no-nonsense view on meetings means unlimited coffee, tea, water, free high quality WIFI and the usage of beamer/screen and flipover are always included in your meeting package.

In terms of meeting capacities the hotel can host meetings from 2 up to 350 people in one of its 17 meeting rooms that have a floor space ranging from 12m2 to 417m2. For larger meeting requests the hotel can assist in terms of accommodation whereby the event can take place at the EXPO Haarlemmermeer which has up to 24.000m2 of meeting space and can be reach within 15 minutes by car, bus or dedicated shuttle.

Our newest venue is The B House. This 260 m2 glass greenhouse is perfectly suitable for events like seminars, workshops, exhibitions, dinners, weddings, parties but also product presentations such as car launches. The unique look & feel of this location makes it a real hotspot for any type of event.
