Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

Catering company also offers historic location

The operators of the atmospheric restaurant 't Fort, located in Fort Vijfhuizen are also the driving forces behind De Smaeck Catering Service.

Fort Vijfhuizen is a really nice place to discover. The atmosphere, the history, the building and its surroundings tells you a lot about the history of the Netherlands. The 'Kunstfort', also established in Fort Vijfhuizen, is a place where space, time and image interlock.

Fort Vijfhuizen is another fantastic location in Event Park Amsterdam for the organization of your meeting or event. In addition to the authentic casemates, the organization explore meetingvenue Genie Loods and different historical outdoor locations.
