Event Park Amsterdam (municipality of Haarlemmermeer) is located in the middle of the triangle of the historic cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden. The internationally oriented green municipality has a wide range of comfortable hotels, attractive event and conference locations and professional suppliers.

As part of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, Event Park Amsterdam offers you high-quality facilities and site programs for planning and organizing your upcoming conference, meeting or event.

Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

We hope to inspire you during your visit to our site and inform you about the opportunities and possibilities that we have to offer you together.

Our board consists of five members and a secretary/destination manager. All of them are partners of the Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam foundation through their companies or organisations.

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam introduces “The Next Destination”

Last Thursday, Convention Bureau Amsterdam launched its new brand film: “The Next Destination”. Professional meeting planner Chip Bray is looking for a new destination for his next conference. During his search, he is put to the test.

“The Next Destination” is not a traditional promotional video, but a narrative film full of choices, contrasts and discoveries – an ode to courage, vision and imagination. An exciting quest full of cultural clashes, deadlines and discoveries; a story about daring to stray from the beaten path, in a world where originality makes the difference between mediocrity and memorability.

Under the motto “Meet Smarter – Stay Greener”, Event Park Amsterdam invites meeting planners to discover new destinations and make sustainable choices.

The production was created in close collaboration with the 42 hotel, venue and supplier partners of Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam. Together, they demonstrate the power of regional cooperation and the wide range of high-quality facilities, hospitality and creativity that the region has to offer.

With this launch, the bureau underlines its ambition to position Event Park Amsterdam internationally as the green and sustainable meeting and conference region of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area – Accessible, Available & Affordable!
