Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

Again new player on board!

We are proud to announce that @Van Diemen PR is the new PR partner of our congress office. Our mouth on mouth advertising works. Over the past few weeks wonderful companies have joined us again. Before the end of this year we expect to have registrated round about 30 partners.

From July 2018, when Event Park Amsterdam was officially established, 27 partners registred theirselves as a partner of our PR and Marketing Platform.

The first partners who joined were previously involved with the exploratory meetings held during the last two years. Within the hotel industry in particular, cooperation with a local or regional Convention Bureau has been commonplace for years. Collaboration within a region, between direct colleagues and/or different disciplines within the same industry, has been bearing fruit all over the world for many years. And that's what other event related companies noticed as well. 

Almost every week we are called by event-related Companies from Haarlemmermeer. Similarly Casper van Diemen PR * Communication. Besides the fact that they have registered as a partner, they will take care of a large part of our communication for the next half a year.
