Meet Smarter – Stay Greener

During our exclusive two-day Inspiration Event on 15 and 16 June, we’ll take you on a tour of our green and sustainable municipality of Haarlemmermeer. Along the way, you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at around 11–12 of our partner hotels and event venues. We’d also love to introduce you to our professional suppliers.

We promise you two unforgettable days; with an informative and engaging programme that will surprise, inspire and broaden your horizons!

Addition to the regular programme:
In the run-up to our Inspiration Event, this year we are also offering the opportunity to take part in advance in Europe’s biggest obstacle run: MudMasters. This event has been organised for years in locations including Haarlemmermeer. We have a maximum of 20 tickets available for this. First come, first served.

What can you expect?

• Two inspiring days full of special experiences;
• From Monday 08:30 to Tuesday 15:00;
• Meetings with fellow professionals from the meetings and events industry;
• Networking opportunities, culinary surprises and plenty of fun;
• An overnight stay at one of our partner hotels.

Please note: The exact programme will not be disclosed in advance.

Hotel stay(s)

All participants are warmly invited to stay overnight from Monday to Tuesday. We offer the opportunity to check in from Sunday evening onwards only to planners travelling from afar who wish to avoid Monday morning traffic and/or participants in MudMasters.

Participation

Do you work as a professional corporate meeting planner, venue booker or event manager and/or are you responsible for organising (inter)national meetings and/or events? Do you also meet the following criteria:

1. You have at least 3 years’ experience as a meeting planner, venue booker or event manager.
2. You organise or facilitate at least 4 conferences or events per year.
3. The meetings you organise have an average of more than 50 participants.

Then we warmly invite you to register for our event!

Please note:

• It is not possible to attend only part of the programme.
• Have you previously taken part in our Inspiration Event? If so, we reserve the right to decline your registration. Unfortunately, we only have 45–50 places available and would prefer to offer these to meeting planners who have not yet taken part. We greatly appreciate your enthusiasm and commitment, but hope for your understanding in this matter.
• The programme described is offered free of charge. However, travel and parking costs will not be reimbursed.
