Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

Launch Event Park Amsterdam

9 November 2018

On Wednesday 7th of November the new Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam will be launched.

We are extremely proud that alderman Adam Elzakalai will launch our new PR and marketing platform Event Park Amsterdam on November 7.

The new Convention Bureau advises and helps prospects in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and/or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer and, if desired, also supports the first phase of planning and organization of a conference or event in the Haarlemmermeer event region.

Event Park Amsterdam has now managed to bind 27 partners after its official establishment in June of this year, and new suppliers are added almost weekly. The affiliated partner companies offer, individually or in close collaboration with the Convention Bureau and one or more other participants, a service package in favor of a successful conference, meeting or event. Partners are those companies that are located in Haarlemmermeer and offer rooms, eventvenue's and event- or conference related facilities. 

The Convention Bureau maintains a warm relationship with both its own and surrounding municipalities. The office is, of course, open to cross-border cooperation where it is desirable and possible.
