Event Park Amsterdam (municipality of Haarlemmermeer) is located in the middle of the triangle of the historic cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden. As part of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, Event Park Amsterdam offers you high-quality facilities and site programs for planning and organizing your upcoming conference, meeting or event.

Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

INVITATION INSPIRATION EVENT 2025

The programme for our upcoming Inspiration Event, on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 January 2025 is just about finalised. Next week, we will send out the first round of invitations. Do you want to be there? Then keep a close eye on our announcements and your mailbox. This will be another location tour to savour!

Off the beaten track

During our exclusive 2-day Inspiration Event, we will take you within the theme ‘Off the beaten track’ on a tour of our green municipality of Haarlemmermeer and offer you a look behind the scenes at over 11 of our partner hotels and locations.

What else can you expect?

✅ Two special days; with master classes, experiences, unforgettable encounters, networking opportunities, culinary trips and conviviality.
✅ No rush, traffic jams or missed moments. Plenty of time! In fact, you can stay overnight, both from Sunday to Monday and from Monday to Tuesday.

Without a doubt, we are going to surprise you and broaden your horizons!

Participation

Are you a professional meeting planner or event manager looking for new inspiration and special discoveries? Then you are more than welcome to sign up for our event! Please do so no later than 7 January 2025.

Please note: As a participant, you have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate venue booker, meeting planner or event manager. You organise or facilitate at least 4 conferences or events per year (>50 participants).

Would you like to arrive as early as Sunday 12 January 2025 to avoid a possible traffic jam on Monday morning? Then please indicate this when you register. Our hotel partners will then be happy to offer you an extra night's hotel accommodation with breakfast. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse your travel and parking costs.
