Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is a collective of the conference and events industry in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, which focuses on attracting and facilitating international (business) conferences and events in this municipality. Convention Bureau advises and assists meeting and event planners free of charge(!) in their search for one or more suitable hotels in Haarlemmermeer​, meeting locations and/or suppliers in the Haarlemmermeer area. On request, it provides support during the initial planning and organisation phase of a conference or event in the events region of Haarlemmermeer.

Goal

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam places the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, and the conference and event related companies located there, on the national and international map. It acts as a strong regional representative towards the outside world, and in this way seeks to achieve the greatest possible success from the mix of individual entrepreneurs, mutual collaboration and the potential of this conference and events region. On request and where possible, it can also enter into very close collaboration arrangements with neighbouring municipalities and/or cities in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region. A subordinate, but definitely not insignificant goal is to strengthen the local economy by bringing together knowledge, trade, investment and participants’ expenditure.
